The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. ePuffer reserves the right to make changes to this site and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by the said TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. This agreement supersedes any other verbal or written agreement between an ePuffer representative and any customer or prospective customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (unless specified otherwise).
The payment method is selected during checkout. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL secure online payment system. Credit card payments are subject to fraud screening and additional information may be required to complete your transaction. In some cases, you may be required to provide a photocopy of identification and a credit card used in an order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We make every effort to ship all orders placed and paid for by 2:00pm the same business day EST (excluding statutory holidays). Pre-orders will ship once a product is back in stock. Updates and ETA (if available) can be found in a product description section.

All goods are shipped via Canada Post. If a shipment is delayed, damaged or not delivered, please Contact Us, so we could resolve freight problems with an appropriate carrier.

Shipping times depend on a destination and a shipping service chosen during the checkout. The day of pick up and weekends do not count as business days.

Regular – 2-7 business days

Xpress – 2-3 business days

Please note, that orders placed after 2pm EST on Fridays, during long weekends and seasonal holidays may take a bit longer to ship and to arrive.

We offer FREE Regular Shipping on orders of $75 or more and $5.00 flat rate shipping on orders $50 or more.

Once an order is shipped, an email confirmation with a tracking number is sent. If you do not receive notifications, please check the email on your account is correct and make sure ePuffer is listed as an authorized email sender, so that our messages do not end up in a spam mail folder or blocked.

Underage Delivery restriction policy.

All first-time orders, which fall under ePuffer’s age verification program, will be sent using a Proof of Age service. A valid photo ID and a signature of an addressee, who must be 19 or older will be required at the time of delivery. Canada Post will not release the package to anyone not meeting these requirements.

SHIPPING RATES

A shipping rate is automatically calculated, and delivery options are provided during the checkout.

GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY

ePuffer Inc. (”ePuffer”) warrants its products (including any accessories) against defect in material or workmanship for the following period (calendar days) from the date of purchase.

Atomizers / Heating coil - 14 days
Liquamizer tank - 30 days
Battery / Charging Case - 90 days
Pipe Bowl - 180 days
USB charger / cable - 1 year
Disposable ecigarettes/Cigars/Xpod – 14 days


The warranty covers the electronic faults, that occur within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damages, that occur:
 

  • Outside the warranty time frame
     
  • As a result of alteration, dropping, drowning, exposure to moist, heat, direct sunlight and similar cases potentially harmful to electronic components
     
  • Inevitable wear-and-tear over time: scratches, dents, color fading, paint peeling, connections loosening, reduced power or charging capacity (for batteries)


All warranties will be voided if the returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.  


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers must request an RMA authorization over the phone or in the Contact Us section, prior to returning any merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. and with an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of a package. Money Back Guarantee requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free/bonus items must be returned together with paid items.

For hygienic reasons we will not provide a refund for used/opened e-liquid bottles, ecigarette cartridges and disposable electronic cigarette and ecigar models.

Items may be subject to 20% restocking fee if mishandled, mislabeled or altered in any way.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Unless an incorrect product was sent, a customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the merchandise for an exchange or a refund.

A refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days to show on your account.

Product(s) purchased from ePuffer’s authorized distributors

We do not provide warranty, service or a refund on products purchased from our authorized distributors. Please contact the distributor, where you originally purchased your product to arrange service or a refund. Typically, you will need to provide the product identification information, such as a model’s name or number, a batch number (if applicable) and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also present a receipt or an invoice indicating the date of purchase, to confirm the product is within the applicable warranty period.
