• What comes in a SNAPS REV5 Power Kit?

  
  The SNAPS REV5 Power Kit is $59.95 and contains everything needed to start:

  • Two rechargeable 75mm batteries
  • Five prefilled tobacco variety cartridges
  • USB TRIO fast charger
  • User guide

  Two batteries matter more than it sounds. One charges while the other is in use, so you are never waiting on a charge - which is the main frustration people hit with single-battery cigalikes.

  Kits are available in three finishes: White, Black and Menthol. All three are the same device; the difference is the battery colour and the cartridge flavour supplied.
   

• How long does a SNAPS cartridge last?

  
  Each prefilled SNAPS cartridge is rated at up to 300 puffs. How long that lasts depends entirely on how often and how deeply you draw, so treat it as a guide rather than a promise.

  The five cartridges in a Power Kit are enough to see whether the format suits you before committing to a larger order. After that, replacement cartridges are the only ongoing cost - the batteries and charger are reused.

  A cartridge snaps straight onto the battery and doubles as the mouthpiece, so there is nothing to clean between changes. When it stops producing vapour, you fit a new one.
   

• How do I use and charge a SNAPS e-cigarette?

  
  Charge a battery fully on the USB charger before first use. Fit a cartridge to the charged battery, then draw on it as you would a cigarette.

  There is no button. SNAPS uses a built-in airflow sensor, so the device fires the moment you inhale and stops when you stop. The LED tip lights up while you draw.

  Practical notes:

  • Draw slower and longer than you would on a cigarette. A short sharp pull produces less vapour, not more.
  • Keep the second battery charged and swap when the first fades.
  • The TRIO USB charger takes three batteries at once, which is worth it if you keep spares.
     
• How do you use an Electronic Cigarette?

  E-cigs are extremely easy to use. When buying a starter-kit, you typically receive one or two e-cig batteries, a USB charger, a set of cartomizers, a universal adapter, and a short instruction manual. Depending on the Electronic Cigarette kit that you buy, you can get other items as well.
  When you receive your e-cig, you must first charge the batteries using the USB charger. After it has fully charged, you screw or snap in the cartomizer, and then puff as you would a normal cigarette. It automatically detects that you are inhaling and starts to produce vapour.

• Can I refill SNAPS cartridges with my own e-liquid?

  
  Yes - we sell blank SNAPS cartridges alongside the prefilled ones. A blank cartridge fills with any of our e-liquids, so you are not limited to the flavours we prefill.

  This is worth doing if you have found a flavour you prefer or want a nicotine strength that isn't stocked as a prefilled option. It costs less per millilitre than buying prefilled cartridges, at the cost of a minute's work each time.

  Use e-liquid only. Cigalike cartridges are designed for propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine based e-liquid - do not fill them with oils of any kind.
   

• What flavours and nicotine strengths are SNAPS cartridges available in?

  
  Prefilled SNAPS cartridges are stocked in tobacco, menthol, cafe mocha, and a few sweet flavours. These are the flavours cigalike users overwhelmingly buy, and keeping the range tight means they stay in stock rather than rotating out.

  Nicotine strengths available are 20 mg/mL, 12 mg/mL and nicotine-free (0 mg/mL). 20 mg/mL is the federal maximum permitted in Canada, so nothing legally sold here is stronger. Nicotine is addictive, and these products are intended for adults who already smoke or vape.
