All first time product orders, which fall under ePuffer's age verification program, sent using Canada Post Adult Signature Restricted Delivery service. A valid ID and the signature of a specific addressee who must be 19 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery. Canada Post Courier will not release the package under any circumstances to anyone not meeting these requirements.

Priority shipping is handled by Canada Post Xpresspost delivery service. Shipping timeframes below exclude Sat and Sun.

Orders placed before 3PM ( Mon-Fri ) will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders placed after 3PM ( Mon-Fri ) will arrive within 2-4 working days.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend will ship on Monday.
