How nicotine-free vaping works at ePuffer

Most brands treat nicotine-free as an afterthought - one or two flavours, usually the ones nobody buys. We took a different route. Rather than a separate nicotine-free product line, our devices use refillable cartridges and pods, so you choose the liquid and therefore the strength.

All 25 e-liquids in our range are blended in-house and available at 0 mg/mL alongside 12 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL. That includes the full tobacco collection - Premium Tobacco, Virginia, English Flake, Canadian Tobacco, New London, Mirabella, Lux, 5x5 and Robusto - as well as menthol and the fruit and dessert blends.

1. Pick a device. Cigalike, pod system, e-cigar or e-pipe - all four formats take blanks.
2. Add blank cartridges or pods. Empty, refillable, sold in packs.
3. Choose your e-liquid at 0 mg/mL. Any of the 25, including all eleven tobacco blends.

Does nicotine-free e-liquid taste different?

Yes, and usually better. Nicotine contributes a peppery harshness at the back of the throat, and without it the flavour comes through more clearly. The trade-off is the loss of that throat hit, which some people switching from cigarettes miss. Tobacco blends in particular taste noticeably rounder at 0 mg/mL.

Is 0 mg/mL genuinely zero?

Our 0 mg/mL liquids are blended without nicotine. Note that this is different from liquids using naturally extracted tobacco flavouring, which can carry trace amounts - we state 0 mg/mL only where no nicotine is added.

Can I mix strengths?

With refillable cartridges and pods, yes. Some people run a lower strength in the evening, or keep two pods going. Because you fill the device yourself, nothing about the hardware ties you to one strength.

Do nicotine-free products still carry excise duty?

Yes. Canada's vaping excise duty applies by liquid volume, not by nicotine content, so a 0 mg/mL bottle is stamped and duty-paid exactly like any other. Prices shown include the duty for your province.

Are nicotine-free vapes age-restricted?

Yes. Vaping products are age-restricted in Canada regardless of nicotine content. Your first order ships with adult signature verification via Canada Post.

Productions are a large part of why we keep the nicotine-free range as broad as we do. Where a scene calls for a cigarette, cigar or pipe, a 0 mg/mL ePuffer device gives the performer the visual without nicotine - which matters when a scene runs twenty takes, and when the performer does not smoke.

One practical note from productions who have used them: the e-pipe has a clear tank window that reads as modern on camera. Wardrobe departments usually sleeve or tape it.
