We hope this message finds you well. We’re writing to inform you of an important change in our operations.

As part of our strategic restructuring, we have made the decision to discontinue all shipping to the United States. Effective immediately, our New York service center has been permanently closed, and ePuffer products will no longer be serviced within the U.S.

This decision was not made lightly. It reflects our efforts to adapt our business model in response to evolving regulatory and operational challenges. During this transition, our primary focus is on maintaining a smooth and responsible shift in strategy.

What this means for you:

We are no longer accepting or fulfilling orders to the United States.

All outstanding U.S. orders that have not been shipped are being reviewed, and affected customers will be contacted individually.

Our Canadian operations will continue, and international orders, excluding the United States, are shipped from Canada.
